I was looking for a way to grow Dr. Cloud's tribe and reach. The podcast has been heard all over the world and been downloaded over 1 million times in the past 12 months.
This was my second endeavor into leadership podcasts. The Leadership University podcast launched as #1 in the business space on iTunes. The second such leadership podcast I have launched to #1 on iTunes. The first being the EntreLeadership podcast, which has been download over 5 million times.
The Leadership University Podcast was designed to help you learn how to leverage influence, maximize potential, and enhance opportunities in your personal and professional life.
Each episode features a leadership lesson from Dr. Henry Cloud and an interview with top business leaders such as Ken Blanchard, Maria Shriver, Josh Ellis (SUCCESS Magazine), and many more.
The goal: To help you develop and nurture the qualities you need to become a successful leader at work and at home.
I helped originate, coordinate and produce the first Business Boutique for women entrepreneurs.
Created to help women step into their God-given gifts, overcome fear and make money by living their dream.
Thousands have since joined this movement by attending the Business Boutique events.
The Business Boutique was eventually turned into a best selling book.
I was tasked with leading professional development training to help schools become better communicators from teacher to teacher, and principal to teacher.
Often schools are poor at understanding how communication can help take them from a good school or company to a great one.
I found, through utilizing a humorous presentation, and the DISC personality assessment, that often a school can completely be transformed in a few hours of instruction.
Often the issues aren't poor work or difficult and conflicting relationships. but a matter of understanding how to effectively communicate from the principal to the teachers, as well as the grade level departments.
“Chris’s training was the beginning of a culture change in our building. He opened new doors of collaboration and communication for our faculty and staff. Suddenly we could see each other through lenses of understanding. Now we focus on areas of strength when working toward common goals.”
LeAnn Simmerman, Problem/Project Based Learning Coach, J.E. Woodard School
"Chris explained with humor and information, the traits of each category. He was engaging and informative and has changed (for the better) the way out entire school communicates."
Anita White, PLC Coach Maury County Public Schools
“Chris’s presentation paved the way for purposeful, productive interactions with our faculty and staff.”

I regularly work with authors to grow their marketing and reach.
I currently have been working with Dr. Meg Meeker - a national bestselling author, advisor to the United Nations and the NFL, also a contributor to both the Today Show, and Laura Ingram for TV, and Focus on the Family and The Dave Ramsey Show radio outlets.
Through digital marketing efforts, the goal was to sell products, reenergize her base followers and redesign her website and email campaigns.
I also worked to develop a series of blogs and webinars that offered help, through Dr. Meg, to parents across the country.
I am currently working as the COO with a Digital Marketing company in Salt Lake City.
Work included customers personas and rebranding of the 4th fastest growing publishing house in North America, a revenue development strategy for a New York Times Best Selling Author, messaging and social media for a national TV Fitness Show, email campaigns for a national running organization and much more.
To me, an event isn't simply about activating people to take action, but also reaching revenue goals - or spiritual development goals.
I have marketed 1000 different events in my life, and each one is different in their own way. (And in case you don't think so - a church service is an event, simply ask any Pastor)
Often I am asked how I was able to grow events from 1,000 to 15,000 and always respond the same way - "with focused attention over time multiplied by God."
In marketing convincing someone to go to Target or Walmart is easy. Convincing them to change their behaviors is much harder, and it takes focus, intentionality, and God to move this needle.
Over the years I have increased visibility and improved profitability for organizations that empowers and educates individuals and families to improve their lives by eliminating debt and adopting new approaches to financial management.
I have developed and executed high-level business strategies to turn around a record of underperformance and drive rapid growth.
I have delivered speeches and presentations to large audiences.
